What is a Judges’ Council?

Judges’ Council consists of NGC Accredited and Student Judges who belong to a member club. This Council holds a minimum of three meetings a year.  This group operates with its own set of working rules that abide by the RIFGC, Inc. Bylaws.  The Chairman is automatically a member of the RIFGC Executive Board.

Design Study Group Information

Design Study Groups’ purpose is to encourage Federated members to learn to design with the goal of entering the Rhode Island Flower Show.  The emphasis is on design and techniques within the Handbook of Flower Shows. You can view the handbook by going to:  gardenclub.org/publications click on Handbook for Flower Shows.  As designs and techniques keep evolving, so will we.  All levels of designers are welcome.
